"We bought a pre-built house and lived in it for seven years. Because pre-built houses are designed for everyone, not just our family, we started to feel stressed about not having enough rooms, not enough storage space, and it was difficult to live in. We decided to take the plunge and rebuild," the husband recalls about what prompted them to build a house. After consulting with various construction companies, FS offered the best cost performance. The two-story pre-built house was transformed into a three-story custom home that incorporated all of Mr. and Mrs. H's requests.
