A comfortable house with natural light, located on a limited urban site

Mr. and Mrs. O began their search for land in Chofu City, an urban area rich in nature. They came across FS at the Suumo counter. "We were attracted to the FS representative's honest personality, and not pushy (laughs). The proposed plan not only met our requests, but also had clever ideas hidden throughout. We decided this was the place," said the husband. By dividing the first floor into "quiet" spaces such as bedrooms and the second floor into "active" spaces such as the living, dining, and kitchen area, they were able to create a well-balanced lifestyle. By placing storage not only in the attic but also in dead spaces and along the walls of the hallway, the house maintains a neat and tidy space without cramping the living space.
